Role Description:

We are seeking a full-time Business Development Manager to join our team at our Racine, WI location. This on-site role involves identifying and cultivating relationships with potential clients, managing sales pipelines, and driving growth initiatives in alignment with company goals. The role includes market research, developing effective sales strategies, creating business proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met. The Business Development Manager will also act as the face of the company, representing RestoreMore at industry events and networking opportunities to expand market reach.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry analysis
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s client base
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Lead negotiations to secure profitable contracts and partnerships
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness
  • Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software Hubspot to track progress and forecast revenue
  • Collaborate with project management teams to ensure successful onboarding of new clients and projects
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth
  • Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and reports for internal review and client meetings

Skills:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles with a strong track record of achieving targets
  • Proficiency in CRM software, especially HubSpot, for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
  • Strong strategic planning capabilities to develop actionable growth initiatives
  • Knowledge of marketing principles to support lead generation efforts
  • Effective project management skills to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients and internal teams
  • Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into strategic actions
